卡斯帕& Lugay LLP was founded by Brent Kaspar, Esq. and Arvin Lugay, Esq. Mr. 卡斯帕is the managing partner of 卡斯帕& Lugay, LLP. He is a member of both the California Bar and the California Board of Accountancy. Mr. 卡斯帕has a unique skillset as both an attorney and Certified Public Accountant which makes his dual expertise a rare and valuable combination for the firm’s clients.
Mr. 卡斯帕earned his JD from the University of Tulsa School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in 商业 Administration Accounting from 俄克拉荷马州立大学.
